Keeping Your Appointment

We kindly ask that you attend or answer your scheduled appointment.

Patients have both rights and responsibilities regarding their care.

Our practice policy stipulates that if you miss a phone appointment and fail to answer, the clinician will try attempt to call again one last time before 5pm on the same day. We kindly request that you refrain from shouting or abuse the surgery staff, as such behaviour is taken seriously and may result in a warning / removal from the surgery list. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a face-to-face appointment, you may be asked to wait while the clinician is consulted. If they are unable to accommodate you, you will be required to rebook your appointment. Therefore, please ensure you attend your appointment on time.
