📝 Raising Concerns or Making a Complaint


Our surgery is committed to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service. We recognise that, on occasion, you may wish to raise a concern or make a complaint.

  • Please refer to the attached complaint form for full details on how to submit your feedback.
  • All complaints should be emailed to ggc.gp43542clinical@nhs.scot and addressed to the Practice Manager.
  • We aim to acknowledge all complaints within five working days.
  • Alternatively, you may contact the surgery on 0141 800 0820 to speak directly with the Practice Manager.
  • If you choose to call, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
