🛑 Failure to provide this information correctly may result in delays processing your request.

Processing Times

⏳ Please allow 48 to 72 hours (2–3 working days) for your prescription to be processed.

📅 Remember that weekends and bank holidays may affect processing times.

Prescription Collection

If you are prescribed medication during a consultation on the day, it will be available for collection:

🕔 Between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on the same day.

⚠️ Please do not attend before 5:00pm, as your medication will not be ready.
